Im new to this site and trying to understand what Ive just learned....I have a brain tumor. It is benign, the size of a golf ball and needs to be removed. Heres my story on how it was found: I have recently had some big changes in my life that made me healthier than Ive been in a long time. After having WLS on Dec. 26, 2013 I have lost 77 lbs. which is great. About a week after surgery I noticed numbness around the right side of my mouth. My doctor referred me to a neurologist, appointment was early July. Then I was scheduled for on MRI. I didnt know that my hearing loss on the right side was also caused by the tumor that has been growing for 10-20 years. My next step is a CT and a test on my hearing....then Im not sure after that. I looking for any information any one is willing to share from their experiences.
