Im no cricket fan, but this tribute from Australian Captain Michael Clarke to Philip Hughes, the young Cricketer who died this week in a dreadful accident whilst playing for his Country, shows what true leadership is. True leadership is not how you behave in the good times, when the victories come, it is how you act, what you say, the person you are and the values you share when the painful times come. I cant imagine how difficult it must have been, in front of the Worlds press, to make this statement. Clarke didnt attempt to hide his emotions and good on him. He loved his late friend and wanted the World to hear, again, what a good man he was.
