Im not Bragging Or Boasting But I was Charged $650 a Month Child support X12 = $7800.00 Now $7800.00 times 5 years Is $39,000 Thousand dollars that My father collected Illegaly and Then comes the Mother of My Children Same thing She claims there taking 65% of her check everyweek.Totalling about $76,000 thousand Dollars.My question is Where and How is The state Going to Make him Pay Us Back.This Is Insane and almost had Me Jail time Back about 5 years ago When they threatened me because I was Behind Which I never was.When a Child Is Adopted out All support obligations go Away All Of it.And Even if My Father Loses custody And they Go to Another Family Member Its The Same They Cannot Start up Child Support They must Support the children 100% or Dont Take them.I think There should be new Laws Cause I never got the Chance to Regain Custody and would like to do so.
