Im not a fan of advertising or veggie burgers for that matter. But I do believe this particular product deserves more attention. Quorn is mycoprotein (think mushrooms)and it really could do much to reduce planetary hunger. Its simply not feasible for everyone to consume animals as the primary protein source. Quorn could fill the gap. Since the producers only make enough for market demand, buying it would increase production, reduce consumer costs and make mycoprotein a viable option to combat hunger. And the best part is that it tastes so good that even cats love it. Unlike most veggie burgers, its never overcooked. (The only thing worse than a veggie burger is a tough, overcooked veggie burger.) I heartily recommend this for anyone who is trying to feed a vegetarian or want a tasty low fat option.
