Im not a great cook and I havent done any baking for awhile and I almost never follow a recipe. But today I had an urge to create. Started with a French vanilla cake mix. Substituted coconut-almond blend milk for water. Nestled a white peach slice and a strawberry half in the middle of each cupcake. Planning to finish with creamy vanilla frosting maybe decorated with fresh blueberries. What do you think - will it work?
