Im not a visual artist. Im not a performance artist. I am not a creative person. I am not even an activist of any kind. But I feel like I cant sit idle at home, as Sunderbans dies a slow, painful death. On December 16, our VICTORY DAY, I want to take to the streets. I want to do something that will have -- however small -- an impact on people around me. Thousands will be out on the streets on the day, in celebration of our greatest victory as a nation. I want to mourn one of our greatest disasters of recent years. I have a rough idea, but I really dont know how feasible, or even purposeful it will be. And it may be something very difficult to pull off on my own, in such short time, when there is already so much on my plate in my professional life. If there is anyone who thinks they can, and want to, help me, please get in touch with me -- to develop, finalize and execute the idea. I would love to share my idea with you, get your feedback, and possibly look for ways to execute it.
