Im not making a New Years resolution because I dont believe in waiting for a specific day to start making a change.. I make changes all year due to whatever circumstances I face and adjust accordingly.. I never fear change... I embrace it to only make myself better... A Better Father, A Better Son, A Better Chef and A Better Person.. 2014 came and went and 2015 is already starting off extremely well.. A few weeks ago I had a meeting that i posted about on here but never posted the outcome or what it was about. I am happy to say that I will be consulting part time at a restaurant in Teaneck NJ adding a little flare and change to their menu and plating. The place is 100% Kosher so not only will it be a great challenge for me but at the same time a great learning experience and awesome platform to show my creativity.. I am beyond humbled to be in the position that I am in today and cannot wait to see what is in store for the New Year. Thank you to every single one of you that has supported me through my journey and especially to the ones that want me to fall flat on my face..
