Im not much of a fan. Only bought one disc, Iowa (their most brutal) long ago but Ive always admired their intensity and how they inspired a generation of extreme musicians. Ive had the opportunity to meet some of their ardent fans in the past, who sport tattoos of the band as well as travelled all over to see them perform live. Bands move on with the times, members come and go but the intensity when performing on stage matters the most, at least to a concert-goer like me.
