Im not one to post or rant on Facebook but sometimes its necessary. I get annoyed when people , like Howard Stern, feel the need to bash bands and the musical following they have. Phish is a band with over 30 years of talent and experience who acquired their fans with actual skill of playing instruments. You dont like Phish, fine we get it, but dont hate on us fans who would gladly rather spend hundreds of dollars on a weekend to see some talented people, rather than seeing some guy press buttons on a laptop or have to hear Howard Stern wine about his likes and dislikes. Name any other band still around today that can sell out Madison Square Garden on New Years Eve every year in a row, or have people travel thousands of miles just to see one show. Phish doesnt have to have any hit songs to make them a great band, thats what makes them unique. They are their own music and you can take it or leave it. Phishheads are some of the nicest and most accepting people I have met in my entire life. Phish doesnt have to appeal to everyone, but dont go around bashing them just because your small mind cant comprehend good music.
