Im not one to post this type of opinion often but I feel it is time to be a voice from the watchtower. In recent years influential folks like Bush 43, Obumma and Pastor Rick Warren have said that Muslims and Christians worship the same God. I am here to tell you Facebook readers something..... This is an absolute LIE. What happened in Paris today is the same thing happening across the middle east. These folks in Paris were killed because of a cartoon of the muslim prophet. You dont see carloads of gun toting Christians driving around killing all those who make fun of Jesus. (which is almost all of Hollywood and the mainstream media) In the Bible, Galatians says that discord, hatred, fits of rage are desire of a sinful (Evil) nature.Galatians then says the fruits of the Spirit (Gods Spirit in us) are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness and self control. Soon the day will be upon us when we will need to stand a make a choice. Chapter 24 in the book of Joshua, verse 15, says if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose yourselves whom this day you will serve. We as a people should not be afraid to call Evil by its name. As Christians we get mad and upset when Jesus and his word are mocked, but we dont go kill em all. NO, we pray for them. We pray that someday they will understand the real Truth. That Jesus is the Son of God. God in person, on the earth. Who came to take away the sins of the Earth. I remind everyone, as Jesus was on the cross he says.. Father, forgive them, as they dont know what they are doing. Luke 23:34 As believers in Jesus dont allow yourselves to be lumped into the same crowd a Muslims. The GOD of Abraham Isaac and Jacob, and Jesus (Emmanuel, God with us) is not the same God worshipped by Muslims. Finally, the last sentence in Joshua 24:15, it says, As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
