Im not perfect. Im not a perfect leader. Not a perfect businesswoman. Not a perfect sponsor. And guess what? Many times the solutions we come up with for certain situations are not perfect either. Is there really even such a thing as perfect? I think not. Sometimes you have to create a solution that is better for the masses in your business, on your team, etc. My intention is to create an environment where a larger percentage of people thrive than not...and sometimes decisions are not popular, but you cant please everybody. Thankfully that is not my goal because Id surely fail. That being said, Im always looking for solutions, improvements and I intend to constantly move forward for myself and for my team. #DreamTeamDomination
