Im not really sure about how to write this post, so Ill keep it simple. Owing to an impending lesson that I have this weekend I decided to brush up on my phonescoping. I cant say itll ever be my fave form of digiscoping, but it seems like more and more is possible and the results do get better as you learn what the phone can and cant do. My biggest gripe is the shutter lag, so timing the moment takes a bit of thought, but the simple operation is a big plus. As always, its a trade! Anyway, here are some of my results from a couple of hours around the beach this afternoon. Ive also posted the control shots so you can see the reach of phonescoping.
