Im not saying its easy, but I am saying its possible When you believe in something and in a cause, fight for it! I believe that there is a major health crisis. I was a part of the health crisis for a long time- just not knowing HOW to be healthy or what path to take. Too many people settle for easy. I could be a spokesperson for the easy life. (hence my previous blog titled Lifestyle of a Lazyhead) I knew that if I wanted to live out Gods calling on my life and do something worth while- I had to step OUT of my comfort zone- which happened to be something I absolutely LOVE now: Building a business helping people take the first step towards a healthy life. It was scary- Im not an expert, Im not in amazing physical shape, I have a toddler, Im pregnant, I crave sweets. Im not your typical fitness coach, but with Beachbody, you get to work on YOURSELF while helping others. We journey TOGETHER.
