Im not sharing this to be mean or nasty. Im sharing this to be honest. This is EXACTLY what my ex-wife encountered every day! But it is actually worse than this image portrays. When these women found out through testing during their pregnancy that their unborn child was going to have health issues, THAT is when they would decide to come to the US. Oftentimes it would simply be to visit a friend. If they had the baby here it was considered a citizen. How insane! And since the baby was a US citizen, the mother got benefits as well so she could take care of the child. Are you ready for the best part? I havent gotten to the best part yet! If that child had a serious disorder as defined by the State of Maryland, not only did they get food, shelter, everything, and health care, but the health care they got was blue chip perfect! Forget the clinics! They can choose the doctors, the specialists, and everything else. They get transportation to and from all of their appointments. In fact, many of them have learned that if they dont get the answer they want from the first doctor, they can keep shopping doctors as long as they want until they get the one that gives them the answer they desire. My ex actually had mothers of these children did wanted hot tubs and horses for therapy! Didnt usually get those extreme things, but you would be surprised what they often did get! And the state of Maryland is paying for every dime backed up by federal assistance. There is no accountability whatsoever. There is no ROI. In fact, if the nurses see abuse of the system and report it, theyre actually likely to get fired! Thats because their company is under contract with the state and they get paid per patient. If they lose a patient because they reported that patient as abusing the system, the company is likely to let them go! So, in fact, the system is setup specifically to be abused! The company is sucking money out of the state. The state of sucking money out of the federal government. The federal government is sucking the money out of us. And the patients family, so arent even legal citizens, are loving it! Oh, and one last thing. Because of HIPAA and privacy laws, the nurses arent allowed to talk about the patients and Im not even supposed to know about this! Theres a great big cloud of secrecy over the whole thing! What more perfect scam could anyone run?
