Im not suggesting that everyone subscribe to Storm Clouds Gathering. I am suggesting that geo-political and national complexity is worth noting and taking a stand for peace, fairness, transparency, communication, compassion, love, non-violence, .... may be an act of salvation. We can continue to escalate by simply being kept in the dark or allowing ourselves to be uninformed. Or we can get out of our busyness, confusion, tiredness, consumption, and self-containment, and choose at least one thing to learn about, engage, and do, while choosing to be the people we most want to be in the world. If youre an artist paint your expression. If a writer, write your expression. If a parent, raise informed and engaged kids who clean up the planet or grow a local organic neighborhood garden.... Lets not just watch the world escalate into oblivion, while we track American Idol or sing hymns of thanks that our lives are untouched by all these things. We are in this together .... We are connected!
