Im not sure I can adequately convey the last 20 minutes with my mom, but Ill give it a go! I called her for a ride to the dollar store (I never seem to have a vehicle since josh and madison take my cars....). After mom parked between the two tightest cars possible, and then had to move so we could actually open the doors to get OUT, we ran in and got curtain rings for me and walnuts for her. We got back into the car and I said, Im not sure i have my phone, at which point she told me she had one, and proceeded to hand me her house cordless phone. Ok.... Not really the point, and completely useless to us! Then, She stopped quickly at her house to run in and grab something, at which point her house phone rang...in the car. She hollered out from inside the house, answer that! So, I did, and then mom came out to the car to talk on the phone. For obvious reasons, we had to sit there for the duration of that conversation. Then, she drove me home. Such a strange sequence of events, but kind of commonplace for us.
