Im not sure that I have a solution, but my idea is that a few RLSHs get together and form some sort of general modicum of behavior or something like that to keep us all from being busted. I want to make a point, that because its my impetus and idea, that I not be included on this Council. This is not a directly self-serving idea, but an idea for us all to act below the concerns of the legal systems.
