Cabbage- Green and Red 9. Cauliflower 10. Okra 11. Fennel 12. Swiss Chard 13. Kohlrabi- White and Purple 14. Brussel Sprouts 15. Beans- Black, 3 Varieties of Green, and Cherokee Wax (yellow) 16. Kale 17. Lettuce - Head and Loose leave varieties 18. Onions- Northern gold, Walla Walla, Granex, and Red varieties 19. Baby Choi- Asian Cabbage 20. Mellons- Watermelon and Cantaloupe 21. Pumpkins- 3 varieties including Pie Pumpkins 22. Winter Squash- Butternut, Buttercup, Delacata 23. Potatoes- Red, Russet, Yukon gold Herbs- Thyme, Cilantro, 4 varieties of Basil, Oregano, and there may be more Im forgetting.
