Im not usually a *girl power* sort of person but this really hit me. It just makes you realise that gender prejudice is so far from history. We may have made leaps and bounds in the last 100 years but lets not forget that it was only in 1928 that women received the right to vote on the same terms as men. Thats thousands of years of inequality, so how can we expect peoples opinions and prejudices to do a complete 180 in a little over 80 years?
