Kaiser permanente definitely has some wonderful amenities and the pros obviously out weight the cons BUT the #KaiserPermanentePharmacy is a joke! No matter how I go about getting Coltons prescription refilled its NEVER ready to pick up. There has never been a time where I DIDNT have to wait 45 minutes for them to make it. Every time they have a new excuse. They are a horrible excuse for a pharmacy and they give a horrible image to the rest of the organized Kaiser system!
