For those of us who do not eat fish, this is a fantastic alternative source for those highly beneficial Omega 3s! In baked goods, pancakes, oatmeal, salads, fruit....etc. WALNUT APPLE SNACK DELIGHT!: 1 Apple cored and chopped 1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar Crumbled Blue Cheese 1/4 C. Walnuts chopped Place all ingredients in bowl. Toss to mix and enjoy! Sounds strange, but tastes delicious!!!
