Im on a natural high right now. Tonight was my debut as a Hot Hula fitness instructor with Reinvent U Boot Camps, LLC and I had a wonderful time. Its amazing how God works, my battle with obesity lead me to a strong support system. These women not embraced me, inspired and empowered me. I never imagined reaching out for fitness would take me on a mind blowing journey along with becoming a teacher of healthy living. Thank you to my HHF Divas Kirsten CalorieKiller & Zumbawith J Jus J that came out to show me love. Nefertiti Ladyfitness who at a moments notice offered her continued support and mentoring. Mia Zumba Mami Colfield Chica I freaking love you, and thanks for making me do more than lose 50lbs lol. Melissa Gordon-Ferguson R.I.P.P.E.D prepared me for the strength needed, and our conversations gave me strength. Myoisha Johnson my #1 supporter, thanks for coming out. Rhonda Wiley-Fields a.k.a Batwoman, LA Wilson, Karen, my Soror Tessa N. Gibson, my Soror and LS Ruthann Mohammed, Dwain, and last but not least Frances Cuesta....all of you played an intricate role in my becoming an instructor. I love you all.
