Im on the phone again with Trillium Community Health Plan (this time recording the call) to demand proper treatments of me. With 7 denials and behind the scenes so called hearings without my presence, Ive had enough. I hear a great deal of stammering & silence on the phone... The second rep. tried to send me to voicemail for their Care Coordination Medical Manager - Mary. He flat refused to give me her direct phone number. I said, if you had cancer or heart disease, would you want this matter to go to voicemail? He said no. Turns out, shes on vacation. He then went to interrupt his boss in a meeting. They claim they will call me back today. I insisted he put permanente notes on my account, to attest to how serious this matter is and that its urgent to get me proper care.
