Coping with anxiety is not triple checking to make sure your car is locked, it isnt checking your phone multiple times confused by someone still typing. It is living with water in your lungs, not wanting to get in the car and go to work because your hands are shaking and your palms are sweating, your heart is palpitating but you go anyways because you have to be a functional member of society to make ends meet.
