Im playing Words with Friends with a random opponent (bored at work), and were half way through, and this guy placed his O tile, to spell ROT for 3 stupid points (after playing a few 12 pointers and a 7-pointer). I mean, I understand that sometimes you cant get a bunch of points, and I know I tend to kick ass at that game (and Im whooping him quite easily, obviously before the ROT score), but geez! I sent him a comment and questioned why he would play a 3-point word, when he could have used that O in 6 other places to score at least 6 points (if he was going to insist on playing one letter at a time). His reply is as follows Who da fuk is you the word police... He actually surprised me that he could spell police. So I cordially explained that I would like someone who is actually trying, and that he is a complete moron. Im sure that will go over well, but I suppose its no wonder he cant score more than 15 points, since he can barely put together a legible sentence, or at least attempt to defend himself with the typical response of well, whatever, I just play for fun. I dont really see the fun in not even trying, if youre going to play the game, but maybe thats just me...
