Im posting this on behalf of a friend whos parting with his giant CED collection (about 2/3rds of the titles released) - for pick-up in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Id personally love to grab it myself as Ive enjoyed a lot of CED entertainment at his place, but I unfortunately dont have the space to store it all - so hopefully a collector here thats nearby can find a good home for it: ------ This collection is located in Saskatoon! I am looking to sell my Capacitance Electronic Disc (CED) collection, I started it a few years ago but it has grown rather large and I have too much stuff, so I am looking to clear out some things.This collection is about 1200 titles, there were only 1800 titles released. This collection is one of the largest I know of. The pictures only show the bulk of it, there are about 250 discs on top of the ones seen in the picture. Please do not contact me with a list of the titles, that is not going to happen. If you want to ensure something specific is in there, I can tell you; I am not interested in parting out single titles either, the collection is going as a whole. The collection comes with 4 players, 2 mono, and 2 stereo. The stereo players are not currently functioning, I have diagnosed one of them so I can tell you what needs replacing, two belts. The other failed last time I tried it and I just do not want to invest more time into fixing it. Only one of the mono players is 100%, but it was NIB in box when I got it, I just replaced a loading belt and it has been fine ever since.I have much more than this invested into the collection but I want this to go to another collector, so feel free to make an offer. I could use the space in my basement. The two shelving units are included with the collection. The shelving units are about 4 feet high, 5 feet wide, and fifteen inches deep.I have too many collections so I am not really interested in trades, but I do have interest in Laserdisc, I actually got started collecting CEDs while attempting to start a Laserdisc collection; so if you have a Laserdisc collection I would have interested in that.Thanks for looking!
