Im prepairing to start a new group out next week playing B/X D&D or AD&D whichever they decide. One of my favorite intro modules is the Fountain of Health adventure from the Dungeon Magazine #39. Its a great way to introduce new characters to the game, the encounters are threatening enough without being too deadly , there is some problem solving involved and in the end the party can acquire a bunch of healing potions that will assist them in further adventures. I decided to reproduce the fallen temple from the adventure with my Hirst Arts sets though I had to take some liberties with the layout a bit to fit my model availability and adventure needs, but I think it turned out pretty well.
