Im preparing stuffed crabs for tonights dinner. And the stuffing is my own recipe. I clean the shells thoroughly after boiling my crabs and crab legs. Then spray some non stick cooking oil inside the shells. After that the stuffing. In a large bowl mix the steaming crab meat long grain rice fully cooked. Louisiana crab boil seasoning... season it to taste. Salt, pepper, Louisiana cayenne hot sauce (in moderation or hot as you can stand it) and a cup of whole corn my daughter adds onions. Mix well and stuff the shells the way you want. Put it in the oven on 350 degrees and bake until the top is light golden. Let stand for ten minutes then eat and ENJOY! Its delicious. Desert is green gelatin topped with fruits. I uses a can of fruit cocktails. Its time to cook good night all and god bless
