Im quite happy doing private duty home companion aid work. I have always taken care of the sick and elderly, being the youngest in a huge family and all...But this is my first stint at it professionally. The pay is good, the job itself is a cakewalk and I find it greatly rewarding. Sure beats the restaurant industry! I havent given up on becoming a therapist, but for now, Im gonna be working on getting my CNA 1 & 2. Will start school for that after Christmas..See, Im all about self improvement. Some of us dont have to work as hard at it.
