Im reading about C, C++ and C++/CLI, three programming languages, each contains the other Russian doll like, i.e. all C programs are valid C++ programs, all C++ programs are valid C++/CLI programs. Microsoft put code into HTML comments that previous browsers would ignore, HTML embedded in Javascript used to be written inside of HTML comments to hide it from JS ignorant browsers. So, to the tp topic: What are the extension points of toki pona? In particular, where could one secretly add new grammatical particles? At the moment, the obvious place is the modifier list. When text fails to parse, the most common problem is for there to be long modifier lists, imagine a sentence with no particles, it would parse as a head noun followed by a dozen modifiers. To be really devious, if the modifier as capitalized, it would be clearly valid, but distinct from content words. e.g. tomo ni li tomo pi pali ala Ko kulupu. This house is the resort house of the family. (Ko being an extension particle for indicating ownership, to distinguish owner modifiers from other modifiers) cf tomo ni li tomo pi pali ala kulupu. This is the couple of resort houses. (plural meaning), This is the familys resort house. Any other backwards and forwards compatible extension points?
