Im reading all these statuss about girls prepping not being allowed to eat fruit or have protein powder… Then you have people like me being prepped by Nathan Wallace still powering through berries, apples, watermelon, protein powder, quinoa, oats etc and dropping fat without ANY cardio and 4 training sessions a week. Personally, listening to everything your coach tells you is the key. When you get influenced by everyone around you, you will end up confused, stressed and start to doubt your methods. There are so many different methods, each will work- but only if you stick to the one method and formula given. #truth #compprepisnthard #listentotheboss #noiamnotprepping
