Im reading comments over at @Curvy Magazine and its making me really sad. Its so many girls who think calling someone thick is a insult that translate into being called fat. Since when does having extra meat on your body mean its something bad? A insult? This opens my eyes so much. If the curvy community think being called thick or curvy is a insult then that means the problem isnt industry perception. Its us what we believe ourselves. We ourselves have allowed mainstream tell us a woman with curves rather size 4 or 14 is wrong and we now actually believe it. This is very disturbing. I will be writing about this soon.
