Im really aggravated at having to get out in this heat after my recent diagnosis and go to .wK North to pick up a CD of a CT scan! Good grief! Got the last parking space in front. When I got in and explained what I came to pick up I was told they couldnt find it!! I told the lady to tell someone in that dept that I knew it was there and they had better find it and bring it upstairs to me! The lady who brought it up said it had been put in a place that it shouldnt have been. I signed a release and got the CD. I dont even want to hear the word HIPPA mentioned!!! Im sure the day the CT was made I signed a release and tons of other paperwork!! And to add insult to injury when I got there what was parked in front---one of their little courier cars that scoot all over!! But my oncologist at Highland was told they didnt have runners or such!! Oh my goodness!! With four hospitals, wellness centers, and free standing clinics all over the city, dont tell me that as a courtesy to the doctor that they couldnt have delivered the envelope to them!! Things like this just make me furious!! Ok!! Rant over now!!
