Im really ashamed I whined so much about my surgery but it does feel good to know so many people are praying for you. I did great and had the option of a lighter anesthesia that didnt require the tube down my throat and I took it. I didnt know a thing except when they were putting the nerve block in my arm. ouch! I can already tell a big difference in it. Id be doing pretty good except I fell hard on the concrete floor in the basement yesterday. These old tiles are so slick my feet flew out from under me. I landed on the side opposite my surgery and I have a bruise and bump on my leg and that shoulder. Thanks to my wonderful in-laws Donna, James and Josh Faircloth who came running over when Mama called. By the time they got here, Dayne was able to get me up with the help of a stepladder. I havent tried driving yet but Im sure I can by tomorrow. Thanks to those that volunteered to help us out. Mama has another eye shot Friday in Hickory and now Ill be able to take her.
