Im really excited about these next 90 days! Reason 1, Jared - TopicsExpress

Im really excited about these next 90 days! Reason 1, Jared Miller is coming under my wing and he is really motivated to make big changes, youre gonna be a blast to train! Especially today, young people NEED to learn and understand their worth by being taught to grow stronger. -Elliot Hulse That is one of my favorite quotes, and a core in my beliefs. When people make that decision to grow stronger, and work towards a better, stronger version of themselves, everything changes. Not only do they grow physically, but intellectually as well. They gain a desire for information, they read more, they think more, and they want more. They get hungry. But it doesnt end there, the ability to not just coast through goals, but drive through them in their lives becomes apparent. The endurance, and power gained from weight lifting and exercise exceeds what can be measured. The state of mind that says, quit now, this hurts, fades away. Thats power. Thats whats in store for you Jared, and what Frank Ortega had begun to develop the past few months. If youre still reading this, great. These next 90 days will undoubtedly be amazing, and we took before pictures, vanity is always a driving factor as well, no doubt. Now, my turn... Last week I pulled a lat muscle, which is rather painful. At the same time, Im thankful because it made me re evaluation what these next 90 days will mean for me. This injury made me hungry. Spending hours researching, reading, watching videos, and thinking about myself and where I want to go has been a gift. This next period I came to three conclusions. 1, I need to nurse my upper body and maintain what I currently have. 2, that my life lacks enough cardiovascular endurance. Yes, my workouts are intense, but pure running of atleast 2-3 miles is non existance. To become the strongest version myself, I need more cardio. And lastly.... legs. Bigger legs. =] Im a strong believer in taking progress pictures. They breed motivation and give objective direction to where you came from and where youre going. Everyday I dont feel like working out, I look at something from 2 years ago when I took a break in my training... oh thats why. Thanks for reading, if you made it to the end. Cheers!
