Im really excited to be adding some great new members to our group today, and this time almost all of them are photographers. Luanne Borowski has been visiting both the Zoo and the Safari Park for more than 20 years, regularly taking photos every time she goes. Shes got some stunning images of animals in the wild as well. Thanks to a great recommendation by Marcia, I am very happy to be adding Breanna Scott who is truly a wonderful photographer. She has numerous wonderful albums here on FB showcasing her trips to see the animals. Its pretty cool when the founder of another photo group contacts me and asks to join our Zoo photo group. Its especially so when so many members of our group are also members of his tremendously successful group. Walter Otto Koenig is the creator and organizer of the Pacific Photographic Society (meetup/pacificphoto/) and is already friends with many from our little community over here. A slightly belated Happy Birthday as well, Walter! I had a nice chat with Curt Wells as we walked around the Zoo at yesterdays Scott Kelby Worldwide Photo Walk lead by our very own Laurie. She will definitely be able to add her animal IDing expertise to our posts. And apparently she loves penguins. We are so very lucky to be welcoming such fantastic new members. I personally want to thank all of you for asking to join and I have no doubt you will be happy here sharing your animal images with the rest of us.
