Im really proud of Katie Kerchief & for continuing to move forward towards her goals. A few adjustments along the way, tweaking her meal plan & adding in some different workouts helped her make further progress & drop some additional weight. As your body changes and adapts to new ways of eating, eating more regularly & adding in workouts, over time well need to alter & increase your food intake as your metabolism starts to speed up & based on the amount or intensity of your workouts. A few simple changes & alterations can make a huge difference in progress. Many often get overwhelmed or frustrated feeling like they are eating the same & doing things right but not seeing change & thats typically because once your body gets used to & comfortable with a certain way it needs a little change up to continue progressing. I had a handful of my team members come to me this week where we needed to switch things up a little & once we did, wow their bodies responded SO well!!Dont get discouraged but be encouraged that your body is improving, your metabolism increasing & you are able to physically do more than you did in the past. You are making progressive changes!! Im not a fan of calorie counting, cutting out food groups or going to extremes, its not necessary & at times not safe or even healthy for your body. I like to help you grasp what it is your body needs & how it responds to what it needs naturally & how to safely get healthy & make changes. Going step by step allows your body to make lasting adjustments as you learn healthy new habits- if you try to do too much at once you may find yourself overwhelmed, overworked, frustrated & wanting to give up. Being fit & healthy shouldnt be a drag or feeling like you are depriving yourself, if anything you should realize you get to eat & enjoy more. You may face challenging times or not feel like getting up to workout or push yourself to a new limit, but we all have those days. Its once you continue to get up & push yourself you make a breakthrough & what once was a challenge now is a part of you that fuels & motivates you to continue to make progress & feel great! What comes easily doesnt last & what lasts doesnt come easily.
