Im really shaken up about this. These boys were not being used as a human shields. No terrorists were hiding behind them or beneath them. No terrorists were in the area. The boys just wanted to play the way I was playing with my boys a few hours ago when an Israeli bomb fell out of the sky and destroyed them. Eight year old boys. And their mothers cried and wailed and anyone who says it was just a show for the media can go straight to hell. Eight year old boys playing on the beach. And every official Israel propaganda talking point blown to bits along with their small bodies. Israel says more than half of the casualties so far arent connected to terrorists. Israel says this. Over 40 are children. And for what? Revenge over the three boys? Mission accomplished. Weve killed more than 10 times as many of their children, deaths that I am sure were no less painful because they were accomplished legaly by authorized, uniformed soldiers rather than by men wearing jeans and t shirts. Are we doing this so that Sderot can enjoy some quiet? Well, what moral calculus says its ok to heave missile and bombs at civilians so that the other side stops heaving missile and bombs at civilians - especially when our missiles are killing people by the truckloads and theres are not. This Gaza operation is bullying brutal and counter productive. Its making good people, good Zionists, behave coarsely and say ugly things as they seek to defend the indefensible. HAMAS is a terrorist organization. It must be stopped. But you fight the terrorists by fighting the terrorists not by dropping bombs on little kids who are playing in the surf.
