Im really worried about Penny, our little foster dog. Shes - TopicsExpress

Im really worried about Penny, our little foster dog. Shes panting heavily and trembling. Shes taking 124 breaths per minute at rest. When we got her from the shelter, she had a golf ball sized fatty lipoma on her side. The shelter said that the vet said it was no big deal. Well, since the day we got her, her abdomen has been as hard as a rock, and oddly bumpy under the skin. It doesnt hurt her to touch the lipoma or her stomach. She put on weight, looks very healthy, and has had a great appetite. She poops regularly. Shes very happy and full of energy. However, tonight she started panting heavily, heart racing, trembling, and shes hiding. Thats all very unusual. She feels much warmer than normal. Of course, I googled and I think her lipoma and the rock hard abdomen is a sign of melanoma. I think she has tumors that are restricting her breathing. Or maybe internal bleeding. My completely uneducated brain/gut instincts tell me that something is very wrong and its terminal. She doesnt seem to be in any pain, but I dont want her to be suffering. I honestly cant afford any expensive treatment. Should I wait this out and see what happens...or should I take her in tomorrow morning and have her looked at?
