Im reliably informed that the accommodation officers at Annex are still waiting for some alumni who graduated in 2011 to pay their accommodation fees for 2010/2011 Academic Year. They do not understand how the defaulters managed to graduate without paying the accommodation fees. [The term defaulters once brought great trouble to Ms. Menjo. I hope I will be spared]. Meanwhile, some of us are still waiting for our caution money. The last time we visited the Accounts Office in 2011, we were told to write our names and phone numbers and the money would soon be sent by M-PESA. Well, we are still waiting. I suppose we are still within the time period described as soon in 2011.
