Im sad to be leaving my post as center manager, but am excited to be taking on the role of member services manager. I will miss my team. I believe in you and you made me shine. Never sell yourself short. YOU ROCK!! The key to being a good supervisor is to listen more than you speak and to provide service to your employees rather than expecting them to serve you. A struggling employee is a sign of bad supervision, not a bad employee. Never ask of your employee what you yourself would not be willing to do yourself...and then give them the tools to soar. A successful team requires an effective coach. Heres to moving on...and looking back with pride.
