Im sad to say that my friend Jay is still missing. There is video surveillance footage of Jay walking past a bodega near the corner of Grand St. and Union Ave. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn around 4:51am on Sunday, March 23. It confirms that Jay was wearing a bright blue cap, a denim jacket, loose-fitting light-colored pants, and dark shoes. One important thing to note is that he is noticeably clean-shaven in the video clip, not with a beard as the flyer photos have shown. He was last seen crossing Union Ave. onto Borinquen Pl. on the north side of the street. Please share with everyone you know. Find ways to help us find Jay by emailing findjayott@gmail
