Im seeing a lot of negative feedback about the music biz and awards so here is my rant.....Friday I shared the stage at WinStar Casino with one of the most talented musicians I know,My friend Mark Lafon .Saturday we had a packed house at the white Elephant and the new band ( including myself ) played with our hearts and loved every minute of it . Sunday I shared the stage at Outlaws and Legends in Abilene ,with my friend Andy Serna and laughed the whole time as the wind tried to blow us off the stage..afterwords I got to visit with all my old road warrior friends and we caught up on our lies and exchanged info on new bars that were worth playing..my wife was asleep before I got home and I was covered with what collects on you when there are no showers and you sleep in your van..I made enough money to break even...well, the the investments I make in this biz will never be recovered but I could not wait for my wife to wake up so I could tell her how much I love her and how she lets me do what I love for a living.......... I am blessed........
