Im seeing a lot of people talking about electronics that theyve gotten for Christmas. Out of concern for your safety Ive developed a check list to perform every few hours. 1. Have your spouse or child touch the technology to see if its hot. If so, continue to #2. 2. If the technology is hot, immediately unplug it and then wrap it in newspaper and create a funnel at the top. 3. Pour ice cubes down inside the newspapers. 4. Place magnets all over the newspapers (its ok to nail them into place). 5. Leave it undisturbed for a day or two. 6. Resume technology as your home is now assuredly not on fire.
