Im seeing a lot of posts on the Ky Department of Fish and Wildlifes response to finding and putting down of a Mountain Lion in Bourbon County yesterday. Many of these comments/post are casting the department in a negative light, and going as far as saying that we dont need to be giving them our tax dollars if this is how they treat animals. (Im paraphrasing) The department receives absolutely ZERO dollars from The General Fund. If youre not a hunter, fisherman (fisherwoman), or a boater youre funding not funding them.
