But if you cant handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell dont deserve me at my best. -Marilyn Monroe I like this quote because too many people are there with you to enjoy your highlight reel the ups, the good times, when your doing something for them, or when you are simply sharing moments of fun. But often times- where do these people go when your having a bad day? when your sad or angry? When life knocks you down and your feeling lost and confused? True people in your life will stand by you no matter what life throws at you. In moments of hardship when your circumstances are such that you don’t even want to be around yourself, they will come along side you. True friends will make a powerful impact on the lives of those they befriend. They dont give up on you. They fight thru all the battles with you. They arent just there for your highlight reel. Few things are more heartbreaking than to discover that the people closest to you never really cared for you or loved you. So choose your friends wisely. Surround yourself with those who genuinely love others and who care more about morality than what people think about them. In the same way, be a good friend. Be willing to put the needs for others ahead of yourself; that’s the true meaning of the word “friend.” And I blessed to have both REAL and Fake ones but Im really grateful for having A FEW REAL ONES
