Im set for trial next week on monday,the state offfered me 10 years today, i told my attorney to pass the message for them to eat a dick and make it big enough to choke on....I got my witness today to whom the state would not show due dilligance in finding or questioningto prove my innocense,im on my third prosecuter and he seems worse than others ,but maybe even smarter ...NOT...BECAUSE IF HE WAS HE WOULDNT OF OFFERED ME 10 YEARS...Im the the only one in this case that wasnt offered unsupervised probation ,or mistemeaner...i believe its called selective prosecution...im also going to in motions for proscutorial misconduct and millicious prosecution so if any of you are working for prosecuters office you all are pretty slick and people in your office maybe havent read constitution or care for the words,and in being fair or honest in prosecuting citizens . I know im not mary poppins but you all that ive dealt with are crooks ,as the mesa police dept are ....So you want it? Come get it,but quit being spinless and play fair for once ,be honorable,if you remeber or ever knew the world
