Im sitting at a Labcorp facility in Tomball, Tx waiting to have my employment drug screening. Its now 255pm and I had a 2pm appt. when they were ready to take me at 220pm (20 minutes late) and they realized what I was here for they told me I had wait until 3pm because the person who did the screening was at lunch! I said to them they I had a 2pm appt and there only response was that I had to wait. No apologies, just wait. Great customer service!! I guess they proved Jerry Seinfeld right. They know how to take the appointment, they dont know how to hold the appointment.
