Im sitting behind a female DoD Civilian (Shadow Operator) that has argued for the last 10 minutes that Seattle is 4 hours behind us (eastern time zone) because its as far west as you can go in the US and my interview was with Arizona which is in Mountain Time and it was 3 hours behind. 1. Hawaii is as far west, unless you count Guam, that you can go and still be in the US (Seattle is still not the westernmost point in the continental United States.) 2. Arizona is not in the Mountain Time Zone and you should know this since your drivers license is from AZ. AZ moves from Mountain to Pacific depending upon the time of the year as they do not observe Daylight Savings. Yep. These are the folks making big money and handling your ISR and Collections requirements.
