Im sitting here at my physical easel working on a painting entitled the hug. It occurs to me that the metaphorical hug of people just actually listening to the people around them and actually acting in some way to affect a change in their surroundings. People in the movement seem so focused on money and fundraising. People whose pleas for help go unheard by these money hungry organizations somehow end up at my metaphorical doorstep. There are a ton of topics people contact me for help with... but over and over again, I realize that what these people need most is a listening ear and some sound information. Yesterday I had a 3 hr consult call with a lady. It is profound when people open up to you and part the veil of themselves asking for help. Here is a metaphorical hug to all of you. I go back to my physical easel to complete this blacklight sensitive painting.
